End user portal (User web)

Zervicepoint user web is an HTML 5 full responsive website. From here, users can browse the ZP service catalog and request ZP services and follow the process in real time. Multiple languages are supported; Zervicepoint comes with translations for Swedish and English but more languages can be translated and enabled if needed.

Front page


The user can mark commonly used Zervicepoint services as favorites. These Zervicepoint services will be shown at the top of the front page.

Zervicepoint services can be pinned as recommended for the users and is done from the Admin Web.

Used for searching the entire ZP service Catalog. The ZP service Names, Description and tagged keywords are indexed by the Global Search.

Info blocks

Info blocks are Rich Text fields and shown in the footer or as an info banner on the front page. The content for the Info Blocks is managed from the Admin Web.


List and publish news from the Admin Web. News can contain: Header, Ingress, Body copy and Publishing Date.

Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart collects several ZP services to be ordered all at once. Each cart has a unique correlation identifier that can be used for tracking and integration to other systems e.g. ERP systems. If a ZP service has been configured to allow the change of quantity, then this can be changed here as well. The total cost and monthly cost are displayed for verification by the user.


Zervicepoint services are structured in Pages e.g. Hardware, Software, HR etc. Pages are accessed from the top navigation menu. Zervicepoint supports sub-pages like Laptop, Tablet, Mobile Phone under the Hardware page that can be useful if you need a detailed categorization. Zervicepoint services can be placed in one or more Pages. The Pages are managed from Admin Web. Rich text information blocks can be added to the page to create a better user experience.

Table pages

By adding a Table Section to a page, you can visualize data from any inventoried data source in table format. You can select what columns you want to show and choose size for each column when designing the table in the Admin Web. Connect one or more actions to the table, making is possible for the user to edit a certain row in the table. The actions are connected to existing ZP services in the store.


Zervicepoint can handle 4 different types of forms, Order forms, Approval forms, Task forms and Setup forms. The Order form is filled out by the end user when requesting a ZP service. Approval and Task forms can be added to approval activities and manual task activities in the workflow designer. Setup forms are used for collecting input to a Shared process.

Forms are created in the Form designer in the administration portal and can contain rich set of integrations and logic to make it simple for the users.

Activity Feed

In the Activity feed the user can follow the status of each request in real time. When the request enters a new state, e.g. the request has been approved by the Line Manager this will be highlighted. It makes it easy for the user to see when there is new information available in the feed.

The user can see details about each request by clicking the specific request in the feed. There is a free-text search available to filter the activity feed on order id, ZP service name or form data etc.

To-do List

There are two types of tasks in Zervicepoint, manual tasks and approval tasks. From this view tasks are managed by their assignee. Tasks contain the order details and it is possible to use additional forms for the assignee to fill out. The information from these approval and task forms can then be appended to the workflow.

The list can be filtered, and all order information is indexed and can be searched for by using the free-text search field. Important fields are highlighted to increase the visibility before acting upon it.

User Profile

This is where the users can customize the Portal Experience and personalize their settings.

Regional Settings

Customize the portal language, time zone and culture settings. The different available options can be configured in the Admin web.


Delegations are used to delegate tasks to other users for a limited time. Several delegations can be added to one or multiple users.
