There are two types of tasks in Zervicepoint, manual tasks and approval tasks. From this view, tasks can be managed by their assignee. Tasks contain order details and additional forms can be added to be filled out by the assignee. The information from these approval and task forms can then be appended to the workflow.
The list can be filtered, and all order information is indexed and can be searched for by using the free-text search field. Important fields are highlighted to increase the visibility before acting upon it.
