Servicebus stuck in status "starting"

Problem

Servicebus is stuck in status "starting" and you get error messages like "Not authorized for Servicebus queue.." in Event Viewer.

Solution

  1. Check if you have "ManageEngine Asset explorer agent" installed on your server hosting Servicebus.
  2. Uninstall it, it (aeagent) blocks port 9000 for ServiceBus.
